After decades of building businesses, leading nonprofits, and creating impact, life stripped everything from me. What remained was a raw, undeniable call to rebuild—not just my life, but my entire way of being. I spent nine months alone in a remote forest cabin, facing the depths of loss and rediscovering my own intuition, clarity, and strength. That journey then took me to Egypt, where I immersed myself in six weeks of ancient wisdom, learning what it truly means to align with purpose and power.

This wasn’t just a personal awakening—it was a masterclass in transformation. Today, as the founder of Envision Impact Consulting, I guide individuals, businesses, and organizations through their own reinventions. With over 30 years of experience in business administration, nonprofit leadership, and community impact, I combine strategic insight with a deep understanding of change, resilience, and alignment. Whether navigating transitions, optimizing resources, or creating lasting impact, my work is about more than strategy—it’s about ensuring every step forward is in alignment with a greater vision.

Throughout my career, I’ve built, led, and transformed organizations that serve others. I co-founded Community Supported Shelters (www.communitysupportedshelters.org), an internationally recognized model for unhoused communities built on kindness and practical solutions. As the Executive Director of the Blanche Fischer Foundation (bff.org), I revitalized a 40-year-old organization, establishing a sustainable path forward to expand its impact for Oregonians with permanent physical disabilities. In 2024, as Board President of the Oregon Parkinson’s Warriors Foundation (opwf.org), I led the fundraising efforts to establish the first dedicated gym in Lane County serving those living with Parkinson’s—an effort rooted in my belief that access to movement is access to life itself.

My work has been recognized with honors such as the City Club of Eugene Turtle Award, the Rotary International Paul Harris Fellow, and the City of Eugene Community Award—but the true reward has always been witnessing the transformations that happen when people and organizations step into alignment with their fullest potential.
